Meet the CEO, Nelson Lizama-Torres, Owner & Founder of NexEra Construction, brings a lifelong dedication to building and a deep-rooted passion for the craft. Inspired from a young age by his father, who also owned a construction business,
Nelson learned the importance of hard work, quality craftsmanship, and serving others early on. Although he enjoyed a successful career in HVAC, Nelson’s desire to build homes from the ground up—and to make a meaningful impact—led him to establish NexEra Construction.
With NexEra, Nelson’s vision goes beyond construction. His commitment to excellence and the strategic oversight of each project ensure that every detail reflects NexEra’s core values: integrity, precision, and a client-first approach.
